Explanation:
The troughed belt is a conveyor belt provided with idler sets. This type of conveyor has a wide scope, from sand to waste transport. The band consists of a frame construction of UNP- profiles, on which idler sets are mounted at a variety of troughed angles. The simple structure provides a truly inexpensive belt conveyor that requires very little maintenance.

On the underside of the frame, lower rollers are arranged with the rubber band, which is supported and driven in the return passage. In order to attempt to limit wear to the belt, the conveyor belts can be equipped with a plow scraper, which is equipped with a durable layer to remove the material off the belt.

De trogband is een bandtransporteur voorzien van trogstellen. Dit type transporteur heeft een breed toepassingsgebied, van zandoverslag tot afvaltransport.

Het bandframe bestaat uit een constructie van UNP- profielen, waarop trogstellen zijn gemonteerd, voorzien van verschillende troghoeken. Door de eenvoudige constructie is het een relatief voordelige bandtransporteur en bovendien zeer onderhoudsvriendelijk.

Aan de onderzijde van het frame zijn onderrollen aangebracht waarmee de rubberband in retourgang wordt ondersteund en gestuurd.

Om aanslag aan de rubberband te beperken kan de bandtransporteur uitgerust worden met een kop/ ploegschraper, deze is voorzien van een harde slijtvaste laag en verwijderen het materiaal van de band.
