English translation:Tasting of beer en dutch gin
Explanation:
In the Netherlands you can visit brewers and Dutch gin makers, and there you can sample beers and in some places a "kopstoot", which is a beer (lager) with a small glass of jenever (Dutch gin) served with it. You drink the jenever and then chase it with the beer.

agree  Jack den Haan: As Asker himself suggests, tasting with chasers would do fine.

Reference information:
"When jenever is drunk with beer (normally lager) as a chaser, it is referred to as a kopstoot (headbutt) or duikboot (submarine) in Flanders. Traditionally, jenever is served in full shot glasses taken directly from the freezer. As the glass is very cold it is advisable to take the first sips without holding the glass, leaving it on the table and bending one's back to apply one's mouth to the glass." "Jenever is usually served very cold straight from a bottle that has been kept in a freezer. Jenever glasses are also often "frosted" by having been kept very cold. Jenever is often drunk with cold lager beer as a chaser; this is sometimes referred to as a kopstoot ("headbutt")." (http://wiki.webtender.com/wiki/Genever )

What are you talking about? Gewoon moeilijkdoenerij. See: "As the glass is very cold it is advisable to take the first sips without holding the glass, leaving it on the table and bending one's back to apply one's mouth to the glass."
