agree  Kitty Brussaard: A director's loan account can either be 'overdrawn' (schuld aan de vennootschap) or 'in credit' (vordering op de vennootschap). See for instance https://www.gov.uk/directors-loans/overview. / :-)

  -> yes, that's right! 'Overdrawn' would be the usual way this is expressed. I forgot momentarily. :)
