phenomenon Explanation: The "uitwerkingen" of electricity (at least at the bare bones) are light, heat, magnetism & sound. If AG was referring to power cuts (failures), I'd have expected to see something about "panne" in your link; but it appears to me they're referring more broadly to what the insurance industry might refer to as "electrical phenomena" Just be careful how you word it: it says "na", as opposed to "veroorzakt door"; and the French equivalent of "uitwerking van de electriciteit", given the context, is "action de l'éctricité".
