Dutch term or phrase: opsteeksplitter
In a document explaining how to install a set-top box.
Er zijn drie soorten splitters, een T-splitter, een opsteeksplitter die op de wandcontactdoos radio/TV gedrukt kan worden ....

The best I have been able to come up with is a 'push-on splitter'. Any other suggestions? Many thanks.

splitter plug
Explanation:
no idea what they mean exactly here, but this takes it on pretty directly.
No picture I assume?

Thanks Vic. Went with your suggestion. Push-on splitter seemed a bit literal and the examples I found online seemed largely to be on translated websites.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Vic - I did find a picture. Basically it is a splitter that plugs into a socket. So your splitter plug could certainly work.
