Kluwer Elektrotechniek renders 'voedingskast' as 'supply box, power box'. I would prefer 'power supply box' or 'power supply cabinet'. 'Electrical power cabinet', as Dave suggests, is certainly OK, but 'electrical' in your context is probably redundant. In electrical engineering documentation, 'electrical' is usually taken for granted in combination with 'power'.
