Dutch term or phrase: kabelsamenstellen
"breng de kabelsamenstellen aan en maak een trekontlasting door de kabels met tyraps vast te zetten".

my thought was : Attach the four flatcables and make a pull relief by mounting the cables with tyraps.

Not sure though. I need some help here with the word kabelsamenstellen.

Explanation:

cable assemblies

Explanation:
I don't disagree with Christopher or venter, but, depending on the context, 'cable assemblies' would be an option.
