Home-made or home-produced kan goed, maar klinkt een beetje alsof de producten in iemand's eigen huis gemaakt zijn. Om dit te voorkomen, lijkt me een kleine omschrijving wel op zijn plaats. Er gaat hier m.i. niets verloren in de vertaling.
