Dutch to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Computers: Software / Service Level Agreement
Dutch term or phrase: Oproepperiode
Oproepperiode = periode waarbinnen klanten de helpdesk kunnen bereiken. Er wordt een onderscheid gemaakt met "Working hours" (uren binnen de oproepperiode).
Ik zoek dus een Engelse term die in combinatie met "Working hours" gebruikt kan worden.

Alvast bedankt!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Yes, more or less. Or perhaps "Availability period" or does it have a different meaning?
