Dutch to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / heading of first section of Articles of Association
Dutch term or phrase: Coordinatie
"Coordinatie" appears to be a false friend. It is the heading of an article that has to do with the company's name, its purpose, the extent to which it can grow beyond its purpose, its domicile, and date of founding. This seems not to be properly headed as "coordination." Thanks in advance for help.

Explanation:
If a literal translation doesn't work as a heading, you should make up one that does.
