Dutch term or phrase: centraal staan
The sentence is:

In 2018 werd de site gepubliceerd. Centraal staat de catalogus.

I'm hesitating whether it's correct to use "at its core". I'd like to use the word "flagship" if possible since they use their catalogue as a true "paradepaardje", it's the main part of their website, the other things (e.g. event calendar) are more additional.

In 2018 the website was published.... -> how should I continue this phrase?

English translation:at its centre/at its core/based around/at the heart of
Explanation:
The website, with the catalogue at its centre, was published in 2018.
The website, with the catalogue at its core, was published in 2018.
The website was published in 2018, with the catalogue at its centre.
The website was published in 2018, with the catalogue at its core.
The website, published in 2018, is based around the catalogue.
The catalogue is at the heart of the website, which was published in 2018.
'flagship' is inappropriate in this context - websites don't have a flagship part to them. Also, do not put the adverbial phrase of time at the start of your translated sentence, it gives the wrong emphasis.
