I'm not sure what to call it either in Dutch or in English. I'm working on a translation of a Dutch text that has quite a lot of abbreviations in it, or acronyms really. Names of Dutch organisations. NHG, IGZ, KOAG/KAG, CGR, etc. I want to make a list of these terms and provide an English explanation next to it.

Question is... What do I call the list? Glossary isn't right here, is it? Just 'list of abbreviations'?

Or simply "Acronyms and abbreviations" (as per Marijke's slightly more elegant solution).
