too few spots Explanation: a block is a selected number of spots (ads for the same product or company) a reserved block is therefore for a specific number of spot bookings. an "underscore" is too few spots booked for the block reserved; an "overscore" is too many spots compared to the block size. The block size can also be expressed as amount of advertising time rather than just spots of a specific length of time each.
