Danish term or phrase: At-anvisning, At-meddelelse

I am translating a text on working environment regulations and I came across the following:

"At-vejledning, At-anvisning eller At-meddelelse"

Now, my dictionary tells me that the first one is a WEA guide, but I am having real trouble figuring out what the other two are supposed to be. At least not conclusively. Any help would be very much appreciated.

A topic may be treated in more than one WEA Guideline. Therefore it is a good idea to explore the WEA website.

There will be a transitional period during which certain “old” WEA publications (WEA/WES Information Notices and Instructions/Guidelines - At-meddelelser and At-anvisninger) which, like WEA Guidelines, describe how to comply with occupational health and safety legislation, will still be applicable. In time, these older publications will all be replaced by WEA Guidelines (At-vejledninger).
