Decision is up to you, but I, personally, have very good experience with the VUGTK dictionary, it helped me a lot when I translated documents relating surveying and laying-out. Of course, the term "estimated pedologic-ecological unit" is purely artificial and there are almost none Google links for it, but I guess that it is because this classification of soils is country-specific (Czech and Slovak).

After all, an author of the text you have linked also states:
Trávit hodiny vymýšlením vhodného ekvivalentu k BPEJ, když z překládaného textu vyplývá, že se k dané nemovitosti BPEJ vlastně ani nevztahují, je podle mě naprosto zbytečné. Kdyby tam zápis byl, možná bych postupoval jinak, tady se ale spokojím s oficiálním ekvivalentem, i když si ho vymyslela skupina českých inženýrů někde na komisi...

Alternatively, you can find equivalent UK or US soil classification system, but I doubt if it is worth of the effort.

Yes, it's a technical term, but I'd say it's relatively unimportant in this particular document, because it's followed by the words "bez zápisu".
I'm retaining the Czech acronym "BPEJ" in my translation, and I'm inclined to use a phrase that gives the non-specialist reader a rough idea of what this is.

I presume that phrase "bonitovaná půdně ekologická jednotka" is not a part of common Czech vocabulary either:-)
Anyway, you can always give an explanation into parenthises or footnote, although I am of an opinion that technicakl terms should not be further explained. Of course, audience is crucial.

For an English-speaking reader who has no idea what a BPEJ is, the most useful thing here is probably some sort of explanatory phrase.
