English translation:Brno in seven chapters
Explanation:
Není to příliš chytlavý název, ale třeba to někoho inspiruje k lepšímu řešení :-)

Další nepříliš chytlavá verze:

"Seven things about Brno"

Dnes nejsem moc kreativní :-(

Brno Times Seven

Explanation:
cf. Woman Times Seven (1967 film with seven episodes/vignettes).
The trouble with "Brno" is that it doesn't lend itself to anything snappy in English. "Brimming Brno"? So it might be best to play with "seven". Seven Songs of Brno? Brno - A Septenary of Stories? Brno: A Tale of a City in Seven Episodes? Sevenfold - A Brief History of Brno? I'll go and get me coat...

Seven Ages of Brno

Explanation:
Nobody has suggested this one yet - it is a Shakespearean quotation from 'As you like it':
All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players,
They have their exits and entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.
etc, etc

This was a really good series on rock music:

Or if you wanted something else that is theatrical, how about 'Brno in Seven Acts'?

The aforementioned poem is actually called 'Seven Ages of Man'

Following from Stuart's contribution, now that he has got his coat :) A Tale of Seven Cities, perhaps, carrying on in the literary theme ... (but I prefer my other suggestion more)

Reference information:
Sedmkrát o Brně autorů Jiřího Čejky a Dany Olivové.
