Czech term or phrase: nob
I am working on many lists of drugs prescribed for a patient. This is an example:

SOLIAN 200 MG por tbl nob 1-0-0 ks.

I have figured out "por tbl" means "tablets given orally" but still cannot figure out "nob".

By the way, I also have not been able to figure out "ks" so I appreciate help on that -- I think it is too short to be submitted as a question of its own.

Thanks,
Stephen

(number of) blisters (in the package)

Explanation:
i.e. nob 300 x 500mg 300 hundred blisters 500 mg each

I suspect the 'ks' means 'pc.' or piece, but I think the 1-0-0 is probably a hundred as this particular medication does give nob 100 x 200mg meaning 100 pcs. at 200 mg each.

I do not know too much from the context, if this patient is in the hospital or hospital setting, then he might have gotten this pill as one piece only....it might have meant '1 pc. 100mg'.......

However, I am more inclined to believe the 200mgs - 100 blisters

neobalenost

Explanation:
por. tbl. nob. = Tableta (nob = neobalenost – „tabuletta nonobducta“). Uncoated tablet. The 1-0-0 is just what the doctor puts to indicate you have to take 1 in the morning, none at lunch and none at night
