Reference: why it is called deliberatio Reference information: https://www.spine-health.com/treatment/back-surgery/lumbar-d... https://www.spine-health.com/treatment/back-surgery/microdis... Lumbar decompression surgery is a method that enables the space around the trapped nerves to become enlarged. This then relieves the nerves of compression and brings relief of pain. The operation involves reaching the lumbar spine through a little incision in the lower back. Then, the specialist separates the muscles of the spine and removes a part of the lamina or ligamentum (thickened degenerated tissue) in order to expose the compressed nerve root(s). Finally, the elimination of the source of compression allows THE NERVES TO BECOME FREED UP. (my addition: this is why it is called deliberatio in Latin because 'deliberate' means *to make* someone or something *free*) https://www.londonspine.com/lumbar-decompression-2/ -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 17 hrs (2020-08-10 10:54:33 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- (Dear Mr Edwards, I did not write it's classical... of course, it's not) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 21 hrs (2020-08-10 14:22:19 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- I wish you never experience such crucial pain. It is literally as a stab in the back by each step :((( |
