I am a vintage hat collector and I need help on translating a label on a sweatband. I believe it is "KMK Klobouk z Odborného Závodu"

Notes to answerer
Asker: It could be the hat shop Krise or a Hat association. My guess is one word is some form of Klobouk. This is the actual hat. It's probably from the late 1930s and made by the famous J. Hückel´s Söhne (Nový Jičín) which is now Tonak. https://germanaustrianhats.invisionzone.com/topic/6-johann-h%C3%BCckel%C2%B4s-s%C3%B6hne-h%C3%BCckel-hutfabrik-weilheim/?do=findComment&comment=2565 Thanks!
