jednatel - člen představenstva executive - member of the board Explanation: These terms vary depeding on the duties and powers the person has within the company. However, "jednatel" is generally an "executive. If the context points to the top executive (as you suggest by using Managing Director) then I'd use CEO or Chief Executive Officer. this would be ther person who represents the company and makes decisions on its behalf("jedna v mene spolecnosti" in Czech). It is common for a CEO to be on the board as well - therefore "member of the board" would also be added. |
