Czech term or phrase: přistupující dlužník Dohoda o přistoupení k dluhu: Věřitel má pohledávku ve výši ............. za dlužníkem z titulu smlouvy o studiu ze dne .... Dlužník uznal dne ....... svůj dluh co do důvodu i výše a sjednal s věřitelem způsob úhrady, což věřitel dokládá PŘISTUPUJÍCÍMU DLUŽNÍKOVI písemně uzavřenou dohodou, která je nedílnou součástí této dohody. Přistupující dlužník a věřitel sjednávají v souladu s ustanovením par. 1892 zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., Občanský zákoník, že přistupující dlužník splní za původního dlužníka peněžitý závazek specifikovaný v čl. 1 této dohody za podmínek, které jsou mezi věřitelem a původním dlužníkem upraveny v Uznání dluhu a dohodě o jeho úhradě ze dne .... Přistupující dlužník se tímto stává novým dlužníkem vedle původního dlužníka a je spolu s ním zavázán společně a nerozdílně. Napadá mě "Acceding Debtor", ale nejsem si jist. Děkuji za návrhy. However, I am not going to give this a disagree to "neutralize" it. 4 hrs   -> Proz does weird stuff on my computer too these last few weeks. However, Ivan's version is probably more grammatically correct anyway ;-)
