Explanation:
Exclusive jurisdiction means to the exclusion of any other court, so you could say something like: Any disputes arising.....shall be submitted for a final decision to the exclusive jurisdiction of ... Adding to the exclusion of... might seem redundant to the English reader, but I know some clients have a hard time with what they perceive to be 'omitted' text, so that is your call.
