ENGLISH Explanation: In accordance with the decision of the General Meeting of ... ... was Mr. granted with effect from ... attorney within the meaning of §430 ... What, please, using in this case? Agreement of Proxy? Contract of Procuration? Or something completely different? And with that associated "Proxy" - a person who has been granted power of attorney. Proxy? Procurator? Both are found both in the dictionary, and at Google, but I'm not sure what in this case. Thank you. |

Reference: Prokurist Reference information: Prokurista originates (surprise surprise) in Austrian law. Usually, “authorised signatory” serves for purposes of Czech law. For lots more ideas from our German-speaking colleagues (they can't fix on any one term themselves), see http://www.proz.com/kudoz/german_to_english/management/21827... http://www.proz.com/kudoz/german_to_english/law_general/2342... |
