Offsetting by the pledgor of the pledgor's claims on the bank against the bank's claims on ....
Explanation:
Looks like it has been put together very strangely Hana but presumably it should be započtení (provedené zástavcem) pohledávek zástavce vůči bance proti pohledávkám banky vůči zástavci. Otherwise it makes no sense. So in English something like "offsetting (performed by the pledgor) of the pledgor's claims on/against the bank against the bank's claims on the pledgor/mortgagor". You would have to stick that into better English but that is essentially what it must mean I would have thought. Probably better to avoid to many "againsts", so you could use something like "Offsetting by the pledgor of the pledgor's claims on the bank against the bank's claims on the pledgor"

against X against

Explanation:
set-off of the claims of pledgor against the claims of X against ..
nebo
hodně stručně: set-off of the reciprocal claims

ta česká formulace je děsně/zbytečně složitá a "towards" se v tomto kontextu nepoužívá, pokud se nepletu ..
