Vas kontext i pouzite fraze mi pripadaji srozumitelne, ale jak jsem uvedl v poznamce, nepodarilo se mi na internetu najit temer zadny vyskyt.

Proto zkousim navrhnout variantu. Nejsem si jisty, jestli je mozne v AJ pouzit frazi "dodat predmet smlouvy", proto byste mohla zkusit pouzit mnou uvedene fraze napr. "deliver the contracted goods", "deliver the contracted service(s)" nebo "complete the contracted service(s)". Tyto presne fraze se na internetu vyskytuji a myslim si, ze se od Vami pozadovaneho originalu prilis nelisi. Pokud znate onen predmet smlouvy, tak si sama doplnite, jestli pouzijete "goods" nebo "service".

Jeste by se dalo pouzit napr. toto: "complete/deliver the service/goods which is the subject of the contract". Ale uz je to mozna moc kostrbate. Pokud by to v textu bylo jednou, dalo by se to mozna pouzit, ale pri castejsim vyskytu by se ten text asi moc nedal cist.
