Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / contract
Czech term or phrase: způsobem jednání
I am completely stumped by the following sentence in a text about talks between a debitor and creditor company:

Uznání budoucího závazku je právně zcela relevantní , stejně jako možnost uznat závazek způsobem jednání, jakým fakt nezaplacení arbitrážního poplatku nepochybně je.
I have tentatively translated it as
Acknowledgment of the future liability is fully relevant in legal terms, as is the possibility of acknowledging the liability by measures such as non-payment of the arbitration fee.
Does that make sense...? Can anyone help? Can someone come up with a better translation please?!
Many thanks
