Czech term or phrase: Průtahová destilácie
One of two methods described in the document for the distillation of various fruit brandies (pálenka). The other method involves a column still, so I wonder could this have something to do with a pot still?

Thanks in advance!

macerate distillation
Explanation:
I am not sure if this is an established term but according to the definitions in my reference, "průtahová destilace" is distillation of a macerate; in case of fruit-based distillates of this type, fresh fruit is macerated (not fermented).

Notes to answerer
Asker: Macerate does not seem to have much usage as a noun. Would it be better to use something along the lines of "distillation of macerated fruit"?
