Nista, covjek samo navodi vrste obuke, pa navodi i ovu "vojno-strucnu obuku." Po onome kako autor teksta opisuje ovu "vojno-strucnu obuku" ja ne mogu da razaberem da li se ovdje radi o "professional military training" ili "special military training" ili je u pitanju, pak, nesto trece.

Molim iscrpno objasnjenje.

agree  Mark Daniels: I think this is the most elegant solution - these "kovanice", which are popular in Serbian, shouldn't be translated with a hyphen in my opinion, but like this, or with an "and" if the context suggests it.
