Javni bilježnici i državna tijela naplaćuju pristojbe (COLLECT) i u tom kontekstu mi je puno precizniji glagol TO COLLECT, za razliku kod glagola TO CHARGE koji zapravo znači da je određena svota nekome fakturirana ili zaračunata nekoj osobi ali ne podrazumijeva da je ta osoba platila taj iznos, to jest da je svota stvarno naplaćena. Zato bih ovdje stavila COLLECTED, jer je pristojba naplaćena i poništena.

- navodi se i 'charge' i 'collect'; charge u službenom dijelu teksta, collect u pitanju (koje može biti i manje 'official' termin.
U ovjerama hvratskih javnih bilježnika sam vidjela i 'zaračunata i poništena' isto kao i 'naplaćena i poništena'; očigledno nitko nije detaljno razmislio da samo 'zaračunavanje' ne znači i naplatu. No, isto tako da od bilježnika nitko kome je iznos zaračunat, nije otišao bez plaćanja;

Prema rječnicima je (Oxford):
to charge = ask an amount of money for goods or services, te se koristi i u primjerima gdje zaračunati, ujedno znači i naplatiti;
to collect = to ask people to give you money for a particular purpose; to obtain the money that sb owes...
dok Bujas za 'naplatiti' navodi: charge, collect (dug, račun, honorar)
Ako navedete 'charged amount' na fakturi zaista ne mora značiti da je i plaćeno; premda prema izvorno engl. linkovima češće pronalazim notary fee charged... ja bih stavila 'charged', iako ni sa 'collected' nećete pogriješti. Bilo bi dobro čuti nekog izvornog govornika za komentar!
