Croatian term or phrase: posljedična šteta
Nisam siguran je li moj autor originala ovdje naveo pravi izraz, ali iz konteksta vidim da je riječ o onim štetama koje su nastale indirektno kao posljedica štetnog događaja koji se tiče nekog drugog predmeta osiguranja.

Recimo: vlasnik kuće je osigurao svu svoju imovinu i pao mu je luster na tepih. Iz mojeg konteksta šteta je razbijeni luster (nije bio gumeni), a posljedična šteta je pregoreni tepih (luster je bio starinski, sa svijećama).
Dakle možda izraz posljedična šteta čak ni ne odgovara tome što se misli.

NIJE indirect i NIJE consequential damages, da ne bude zabune. To je nešto drugo, čak prilično udaljeno.
