No, I quite understand. I think some clients would do well to learn the word 'reasonable' when it comes to setting deadlines! Given that this is a legal translation, though, you need to be careful about using direct translations such as conclusion since this is not idiomatic English. Zakljucak can be translated as verdict or ruling in some cases but it requires more context to give a precise answer.

agree  Nedzad Selmanovic: agree on conclusion. anythin among verdict, ruling, resolution, decision should have been used instead. how about "becomes effective" vs "comes into force"and "pronounced" vs "passed" (just a thought)?
