Explanation:
Zbog ogromnih razlika u obrazovnim sistemima između zemalja, pa i u istoj zemlji u različitim razdobljima, predlažem ovo kao najpribližniju odrednicu koja bi čitaocu objasnila o čemu se radi.
Godine 1970. provedene su reforme srednjoškolskog obrazovanja tzv. usmjereno obrazovanje. Pripremnim stupnjem (prvi i drugi razred) obuhvaćana je opća izobrazba, a završni (treći i četvrti razred) izbrazba u struci.
