Notes to answerer
Asker: Then, what is the difference between [internal phone network] and [intercommunication]? There is a typ of telecommunication in China wherein both the call (or massage) maker and receiver need to pay very little, or even none at all

Asker: when they are subscribers of the same company (so, same network).

Thanks Wing-Sze Ho. If telecommunication is the correct term, how can we translate the whole sentence? How can we imply that when you are a China Mobile user, it may be free of charge if you call another China Mobile user but it will not be free of charge if you call a China Unicom user?

Sorry. Intercommunication if the one I am referring to, not telecommunication.
