This is a file that explains when the production team will earn points monthly and when points will be deducted. This is an internal document that is used by managers to evaluate employees. I'm not sure why it needs to be translated. According to the evaluation criteria, points are deducted when employees violate safety regulations, do not follow discipline regulations, etc. I'm sorry I cannot provide much context, it's just one cell in a file, and the cell next to it says 扣分部分

2.因为违反公司工作纪律而受到纪律处分(警告,严重警告,留厂查看)的员工一次扣5分.班组累计扣分

Warning, Critical Warning, Placed on Probation)
Explanation:
留厂查看 -- I would suggest asking the client what is entailed at their place of work for this disciplinary action, since "probation" and "observation" for good behavior might not be all that is entailed here.

Of interest: 留校察看 = school detention.

Thank you! I think probation will work just fine, and if the terminology comes up repeatedly I'll check with the client on what would be best.

-> Same for me, but I just can't get my mind around a company sending employees to detention! Therefore, the suggestion to communicate with the client.
