Explanation:
I would not give any single translation of 趣味 in isolation from the sentence.

这种油然而生的趣味,令人回味无穷。

I would say something like:

'There's a sort of natural interest here that's unforgettable.'

But it's really hard because the Chinese language is so much more 'decorative' than English when it comes to this stuff.
