　　低聚半乳糖(Galactooligosaccharides，GOS)是一种具有天然属性的功能性低聚糖，其分子结构一般是在半乳糖或葡萄糖分子上连接1~7 个半乳糖基，即Gal-(Gal)n-Glc/Gal(n 为0-6)。在自然界中，动物的乳汁中存在微量的GOS，而人母乳中含量较多，婴儿体内的双歧杆菌菌群的建立很大程度上依赖母乳中的GOS 成分。
