问:不知道这里有没有顺序的讲究,那些相关的词在英文里有没有由上到下,有大到小的排列?

首先要有一个概念 每个国家的法律习惯不一样 法律用语也不一样
其次 制定法 和 合同 以及 政府文件 国际组织文件 用语也有差异
比如 section 在中国的制定法中是 指 节 但是在合同中 可能是指 条(带有bulleted list这种,区别 article 的条)

所以 ,鉴于楼主要做的是中翻英 而且引用的是中国的法律(我没理解错吧),那就要参考正式法律渊源《中华人民共和国立法法》
政府官方英文版 在这 http://english.gov.cn/laws/2005-08/20/content_29724.htm 参见 Article 54 item 指的是 “目”

一、引用法律、法令等的条文时,应按条、款、项、目顺序来写,即条下为款,款下为项,项下为目。

依照……的规定办理 是中文的常用表达
相对于英文 常用的有 in accordance with 等等正式表达 办理 并非一定要译成某个动词 如有必要楼主根据情况选择
至于 xxx法
举个例子
Law of the People's Republic of China on Energy Conservation
Anti-monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China
这是中国的两部法律 law 的位置比较微妙 并非固定的 我以为 只要 插入法律名称就行

纠正一下 带有bulleted list 应该改为 带 numbered list 另外为什么原文是 第二十五条第一项第一款 这种顺序? 还有 如果某一条下面没有分款而直接分列几项的,就不要加第一款 例如《食品安全法》第二十八条只有(一)(十一)等十一项,就不要写第二十八条第一款第(一)项而直接写第二十八条第(一)项

刑法修正案权威译本里 有这样的句子 the act mentioned in Subparagraph (2) shall be given a heavier punishment 楼主可以参考下
