pyruvic acid=焦性葡萄酸 Explanation: 丙酮酸 pyruvic acid CH3COCOOH，原称焦性葡萄酸，是参与整个生物体基本代谢的中间产物之一。由于α酮酸而反应性强，对许多酶反应都有关系。在动植物的共同呼吸源中，碳水化合物是最常用的，其反应途径是从形成己糖二磷酸酯经过丙糖磷酸酯而分解为丙酮酸。在无氧分解下有各种变化形式，如肌肉产生乳酸，酵母的酒精发酵和植物组织在无氧状态下生成乳酸或乙醇，而所有到丙酮酸的反应途径是完全相同的，只是最终的反应多少有些差异。并且在有氧状态下分解，通过三羧酸循环能把丙酮酸完全氧化。可以认为这是获得能量最有效的途径。在这个意义上，丙酮酸位于无氧分解和有氧分解的交界点上，是极为重要的中间产物 |
