A quick scan of the literature (googling) shows "empty grave" is sometimes used or "cenotaph" (Greek for "empty tomb"). Personally I think "empty grave" is too vague- it could also refer to a grave that was dug but never used. If you want to indicate the grave once contained a body you could use "vacated grave" or "abandoned grave". Example sentence(s):
