Explanation:
ІМНО става въпрос за голямото и малко зъбни колела на механизма за обиране на котвената верига. Зъбните колела се смазват през гресьорки. Вероятно става въпрос за малкото зъбно колело - "мальчик" (морски жаргонь)... ;-) "Шпил" (capstan) е вертикалният чекрък за вдигане на котвата, а "брашпил" (anchor windlass)- хоризонталният (horizontal ~). Обикновено са на носа на кораба (има и на бака - задната част).
Раздвижвам - to rotate; to move apart; to separate (the drum shaft / ~ gear) by using grease (lubricator); greasing substance, lubricating ~.
SS: the capstan/shaft doesn't rotate --> to install / use grease fittings (nipples) to maintain rotation of the shaft; to repair smth

ІМНО става въпрос за голямото и малко зъбни колела на механизма за обиране на котвената верига. Зъбните колела се смазват през гресьорки. Вероятно става въпрос за малкото зъбно колело - "мальчик" (морски жаргонь)... ;-) "Шпил" (capstan) е вертикалният чекрък за вдигане на котвата, а "брашпил" (anchor windlass)- хоризонталният (horizontal ~).
