disagree  Zlatka Gospodinova: disposition is not only sale, it can be exchange, gift, etc. OK, why not leave it at just "sale" then, since it is sufficient to describe all the three words?

  -> Well, the asker did specify it is a sale, so it works in this case. And as I have said in my note, there are indeed different types of disposition. My suggestion only works in this particular case. That is a good point; anyway, let the asker decide.
