Explanation:
Ovo je dosta kompliciran termin za prevesti.
Na području Hrvatske, a mislim da je tako i na području Bosne,
nakon srednje medicinske škole upisuje se Viša medicinska škola, odnosno po novom sustavu studiranja, Studij sestrinstva.
Prije je to trajalo dvije godine i imao si titulu "više medicinske sestre".
Sada traje minimalno tri godine. Nakon toga dobivaš titulu "bacc. sestrinstva" - što bi odgovaralo terminu "vms" koji se prije koristio.
U Americi je klasifikacija puno kompliciranija, također za svako područje postoje specijalizacije. Kod nas još uvijek to nije tako.

Stoga je BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) najbliži pojam koji može opisati djelokrug rada bacc.sestrinstva na našim područjima.
I da - ako je riječ o muškoj osobi, ne postoji neka posebna naznaka,
"nurse" je i ženska i muška osoba, tako da možda samo "male BSN".

U prvoj referenci dolje se vidi opis posla BSN-a.
U drugoj referenci pod "Nursing degrees" vidi se klasifikacija titula.
