English translation:My heart knows that you are my life
Explanation:
Mon is rather 'heart' than mind, and more logically, 'my heart'. From the similar idea, jibon should be 'my life' rather than just life.

To my mind the "jane mon" in the song 'jane mon tui jibon' has dual meaning. I think there is a kind of world-play involved here with some degree of poetic license. In the song, it seems to me, the word/words 'jane mon' has/have been deliberately used in some instances to mean - 'My mind/heart knows...' and in other instances 'My darling' (as in hindi). For example, in some instances 'janemon' is pronounced without a break and a single word (somewhat like the hindi word which means 'my darling'), and in other instances it is pronounced 'janeyyy mon' - with a slight break in between and a lingering stress on the last syllable or 'e' of the 'jane' (-yyy) - which sounds more like the bengali word (knows). My guess is, a dual meaning is intended here. If that's the case (and provided the asker is quoting her phrase from this song), then the translation can be both: 1. "My darling, you are my life !" and 2. "My heart knows, you are my life!" - at the same time.
