agree  Stephen Franke: "Arabish" expression - In many countries in the ME, subscribers to mobile phone services (i.e., Jawwal, Mobili in KSA) buy time-cards; the user must scratch off an affixed label for the data to enter and activate the newly-purchased minutes of service.

agree  Alaa Zeineldine: Quite possible, like many other arabized terms used colloquially. The word is then probably اسكراتش

agree  Saleh Dardeer: I am pretty sure that a Sudanese translator in a forum said that recharge cards are called in Sudan "سكراتش" because they scratch the card to know the number of recharge. SEE my reference below!

At last, I got the link from which I knew this information. Unfortunately, it appears in the search results, but when I try to open the link I got a message that such a site contains malwares and may harm my computer.

It was a discussion on how to translate "prepaid call card"; you can see these words in the search results

و فاتنى اننا فى السودان نختصرها _ حتى العامة منا _ بقولنا أسكراتش لأن اول توجيهات استخدام البطاقة تطلب منك ان تكشط
