please heed explanation Explanation: In Egyptian slang, "tefks" or "تفكس" (with a كسرة on the ك) means "to forget about it" or "to ignore it", or in some contexts the word can be "fakes" "فاكس" and will mean "I'll pass". "lnafso" is "to him" or "to himself". There could be ways to rephrase the sentence; a suggestion can be: he should just be ignored or forgotten about.
