This comes in a Tunisian sale contract for a property. One of the headings is:

اصل الانجرار

It then talks about how the selling company came to own the property.

I wondered if الانجرار referred to the property, and the term means the origin of the property?

I'd be grateful for any suggestions!

I think it means the origin of acquisition, i.e. how the property became acquired by that person,, be it by means of sale or inheritance or even by possession alone.
