break
Explanation:
لوف كبدي is a rhetorical expression means broke my heart
In some cultures, كبد liver is used instead of heart to express love, sadness, etc. Once, I confirmed this with a Malaysian colleague. Why shall we go so far? In Arabic, we say فلذة كبدي to refer to that our children are as so dear and close as a part of our liver

Anyhow, here there there reference that لوف means break

(يالوف قلبي لوفاه) وتعني ان القلب يعتصر من الالم

I found that لوف كبدي (جبدي) and لوف قلبي are used interchangeably meaning breaking my heart

In many dialects, here in the Gulf, كبدي is pronounced as شبدي or جبدي
as in لوع شبدي meaning in Egyptian dialect فقع مرارتي
