This expression is the entire content of a cell of a table, and as such as no context properly speaking. It describes the post of a member of the company's Board of Directors (the others are chairman, two vice-chairmen and the Director of Administration). It occurs nowhere else in the Statute and I can give no further help with the general context; unless to add that this is a Kosovar company so there may be some acronym not used in Albania, I don't know.

Any suggestions on what "PMO" stands for are welcome!

On second thoughts, though, P might also stand for Project.
Since the text is about a company and not an organization, then Project would be the choice in this case. "Program" would make sense if the text were about an organization (NGO). Hence: Project Management Office.

Asker: Thank you for your quick response. That does make sense, certainly. It did occur to me that it might be an English business acronym, but in that case I'll say that acronymfinder.com have missed a trick in failing to include your suggestion in its "business & finance" section for this acronym, although they do have "Product Managers Office". If you don't mind I'll wait a bit to see if anyone proposes anything that looks comparably probable, but at the moment your suggestion is looking good!
