Context:
Ai gjithmonë ka pasur para, por mos me ja dhënë të vetat, atëherë na ka thanë neve që tja japim.

I hope you can figure it out, I can't.

Part of the problem is that in this document, it's never evident who is speaking.
For instance, a sentence will start with "I told him that..." and in the middle of the sentence it changes from indirect quotation to what looks like a direct quotation but you can't be sure if "I" is talking or "he".
