I am wondering if the sentence could be translated like this:

All these plots of land *in a quick glance* appear as a whole and have well kept fruit trees.

Or perhaps "immediately"?

There is no mentioning of the contradiction that we might expect, for instance: "... in a quick glance appear as a whole, but a closer study reveals..." So I think the meaning is that a quick glance is sufficient. Would this be an over-interpretation of "në shikim të parë"?

The context is a party wanting to prove that he has the property rights of some pieces of land, adjoining together, and the court has made a visit to the place.
